The Los Angeles/Orange County Regional Consortium is eager to facilitate improved relationships with the Workforce Investment Boards (WIBs) and One-Stop Centers in the Los Angeles and Orange Counties. Activities are identified each year and implemented as part of the Ideal Partnership.
